The Congress legislator P.T. Thomas has won  C.P. Sreedharan Award in the year of 2005 . Announcing this at a press conference here today, the award committee chairman, D. Babu Paul, said Mr. Thomas had made a mark as a conscientious political worker, cultural activist and journalist. In an interview with the former President K.R. Narayanan, which Mr. Thomas conducted for his publication, he had helped bring out Mr. Narayanan’s intense feelings about the Gujarat incident.
